An on-site promotion meeting of the National Southeast Regional Emergency Rescue Center has been held in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. As the designer of the project, Guangzhou Design Institute Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GMC, attended the meeting.
The National Southeast Regional Emergency Rescue Center is an integral part of the national regional emergency forces. It is jointly built by the Ministry of Emergency Management and the People's Government of Guangdong Province to carry out territorial and trans-regional emergency rescue tasks. After the completion, the center will focus on the emergency rescue of typhoons and their secondary and derivative disasters, with a rescue scope covering Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai and other regions. Closely connected with the emergency rescue aviation system, the center can efficiently realize rapid response nearby, organize professional rescue, allocate emergency resources, and comprehensively assist the Party Committee and government of the disaster area to implement professional command and coordination. With the fullest preparation, the most accurate rescue and the most scientific response, the center can significantly reduce the direct economic loss and the loss of people's lives and property caused by disasters.
According to the project orientation of "leading in China and first-class in the world", Guangzhou Design Institute Group Co., Ltd. will carefully design and continuously optimize the project, striving to present a modern emergency rescue center with innovative concepts, perfect functions, advanced equipment and distinctive characteristics. The design of the project will present the following characteristics:
It is technological, humanized, green and smart. The project design shows the national image, integrates Chaozhou culture and climate, and highlights the emergency rescue and training features of typhoon and its secondary and derivative disasters. The design fully reflects the characteristics of the high-quality development of the construction industry, such as green, low-carbon, intelligent and industrial construction.
Guided with the technology, it creates a unique simulation environment from scratch in China. The typhoon comprehensive training simulation hall is the first of its kind in China, and adopts international advanced aviation simulation facilities. The rapids comprehensive training module will be the largest rapids training facility with the richest flow pattern in China.
It is located near mountains and rivers and adapted to local conditions. The site is high in the north and low in the south. The important buildings and the main activity area of the personnel are set in the higher terrain area to avoid the influence of flooding in the lower terrain. At the same time, the project's mountainous terrain and its adjacency to the river are used to set up the practical training section closer to the real scene.
