Demonstration Base for Concrete Structure - Bay Area Smart Factory
Project introduction
Bay Area Smart Factory, the industrialization base of GMC, won the title of "National Prefabricated Building Industrial Base" granted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in November 2017. Located at No. 133, Xiji Road, Huangpu District, Guangzhou city, the base has a footprint of about 171 mu and a floor area of 45,000 square meters.
With a design capacity of 200,000 m3/a, the factory is equipped with 2 automatic production lines, 3 fixed bench formwork lines, 1 steel bar processing line, and 1 environmental friendly mixing plant. It is also equipped with the most advanced PMS intelligent equipment system and ERP management system from SANY group, marking robots and formwork arrangement robots. It is one of the few component prefabrication bases in China that meets the Industry 4.0 standard. The main products include beams, columns, composite floor slabs, shear walls, bay windows, double-skin walls, lightweight partition walls, stairs, balconies. The factory is capable of customized production of integrated kitchen and bathroom, MIC module integration, and so on.
