It is undertaken by Guangzhou Jishi Construction Group Co., Ltd.
The Project is located in the west of Jiulong Avenue and the east of the Fenghuang Lake in the Southern Start-Up Area of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. The total land area of the Project is 55,672 m2, and the building base area is 22,040.6 m2. The large-scale public complex building has a building area of 190,669 m2, including 75,133.7 m2 for underground buildings and 115,535.3 m2 for aboveground buildings.
Building A of the Project is 69.8m high, with 16 floors above ground, a 2-storey podium and 2 underground floors. The total building area is 190,669 m2, including 75,133.7 m2 for underground buildings and 115,535.3 m2 for aboveground buildings.
