Project introduction
GMC Yuzhuwan Project is located at No.8, Zhongshan Avenue East, Huangpu District, Guangzhou, where Zhucun Station of Metro Line 13 (under construction) is, and is going to directly reach Zhujiang New Town, Tianhe CBD, Guangzhou, and at the intersection of Huangpu Avenue and Zhongshan Avenue, equipping the Project with the three-dimensional convenient transportation consisting of BRT and the planned tram line for reaching the whole city smoothly. The Project has been approved as one of the projects for transformation of old factories, shabby urban areas, and dilapidated villages, with a total land area of 74,217 m2, an available building land area of 54,199 m2, a floor area ratio of 7, a gross FAR calculated floor area of 379,393 m2 and a total building area of 572,193 m2.
With the total investment of about RMB 7.86 billion, and with a super high-rise super Grade A office building 333 meters high, a government office building, a commercial office building and a commercial mall planned, the Project serves as the headquarters office base of GMC and the super high-rise complex, being oriented as the "multi-format linkage community with headquarters economy as the engine, the portal cover of the Guangzhou Second CBD, and the headquarters economy complex".
